And proof of posting by Able Limited Editions will be sufficient proof of buyer receipt. Able Limited Editions will not send any CD to any address outwith UK. 2. Any CD so bought found to be physically damaged on receipt due solely to Able Limited Editions will only be replaced by Able Limited Editions if the buyer returns it along with its dvd case and packaging by recorded delivery to Able Limited Editions within ten working days of buyer receipt. 3. Except in the context of buyers UK statutory rights to cancel within seven days of receipt and due to the nature of digital products, Able Limited Editions will not be liable for any digital fault, virus, trojan, spyware, etc found to be on any CD on receipt. Able Limited Editions test and scan all for any known fault, virus, trojan, spyware, etc before sending them to buyers. And Able Limited Editions do not and will not send any found to have any. 4. Any purchase of any delivered CD may only be cancelled if the buyer returns it undamaged in its original packaging unopened to Able Limited Editions by recorded delivery at the buyers expense within seven days of receipt. 5. Due to the nature of downloads, Able Limited Editions will not be liable for any download product found to have any fault, virus, trojan, spyware, etc on and or after download. Able Limited Editions test and scan all download products they offer for any known fault, virus, trojan, spyware, etc before making them available for download. 6. In the context of any product bought via any Able Limited Editions Amazon Associate Store page, Able Limited Editions will not be liable for any so purchased.
