General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions

General

1. Any Ghostwriting Agreement between Able Limited Editions and any of their Ghostwriting Clients must not be confused in any way whatsoever with any Able Limited Editions Publishing Agreement whatsoever. The Terms and Conditions of any Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement or any part thereof whatsoever will not form any part whatsoever of any Able Limited Editions Publishing Agreement.

2. Each Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement is very complex and formulated specifically under a strict non-disclosure clause to cater for the private and confidential needs and requirements of each Ghostwriting Client. The private and confidential content of any Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement cannot therefore be disclosed here within these General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions. But these General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions will form part of any subsequent Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement.

3. Able Limited Editions will not enter any Ghostwriting Agreement whatsoever with any person whosoever who wants and or insists the proposed and or subsequently written fiction or non-fiction book manuscript should contain anything whatsoever which may be considered by any UK Court to be in any way whatsoever illegal and or unlawful.

4. Able Limited Editions will not enter any Ghostwriting Agreement whatsoever with any person whosoever who wants and or insists the proposed and or subsequently written fiction book manuscript should contain any form of fairy tale and or erotica and or pornography whatsoever.

5. Any person who is seriously considering entering a Ghostwriting Agreement with Able Limited Editions may be invited by Able Limited Editions to become a Guest Member of the Able Limited Editions Arena. The Arena is a private and confidential password-protected website where there will be several confidential documents relating directly to ghostwriting. The documents are specifically designed to assist any prospective Ghostwriting Client to decide whether or not the route of Ghostwriting is best for them before entering any Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement.

6. If any Ghostwriting Client changes their mind after entering the Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement to insist the proposed manuscript or any part thereof must take the form of a fairy tale and or erotica and or pornography or contain anything whatsoever which may be considered by any UK Court to be illegal and or unlawful in any way whatsoever then Able Limited Editions will terminate the Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement without further notice and the Ghostwriting Client will not be entitled to be refunded any part whatsoever of any fees whatsoever paid to Able Limited Editions.

7. At the sole discretion of Able Limited Editions Able Limited Editions will appoint an in-house writer to write the proposed manuscript under the Terms & Conditions of the Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement.

8. The appointed writer will waive all rights to be named as the author of the completed manuscript.

9. The writer will write the proposed manuscript in English only.

10. The Ghostwriting Client will own all worldwide copyright over the completed manuscript, which means the Client may submit the completed manuscript to any publisher.

11. These General Ghostwriting Terms & Conditions will form part of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement and invalidity of any part whatsoever of these Terms & Conditions will not invalidate any other part whatsoever and or any part of any Bespoke Ghostwriting Agreement.

12. Force majeure will apply at all times, generally meaning Able Limited Editions will not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage whatsoever suffered in any way whatsoever by any Arena Visitor and or Arena Member and or any other person whosoever due to any act of God whatsoever and or act of war whatsoever and or any act whatsoever of any hacker whosoever.

Contacting Able Limited Editions

To contact Able Limited Editions with a view of entering negotiations regarding Ghostwriting, any prospective person whosoever must first :-

• Use the email Contact Form in the Contact Us page of this Able Limited Editions website sent to Customer Services to clearly indicate their interest in entering negotiations to subsequently enter an Able Limited Editions Ghostwriting Agreement. They should not give any details of the story they want to be told at this initial contact stage however. Customer Services will then send them a confidential email address and contact name via email. The prospective person must then :-

• write an introductory email of no more than 200 words to that named contact via the confidential email address only. They must then :-

• only use that confidential email address to send any further details requested by the named contact and enter any subsequent negotiations regarding hiring Able Limited Editions to write their proposed manuscript.
