Physical products :-

Ordered physical products, including CD copies, are first packaged and are then generally dispatched to the carrier within 2 days after receipt of payment and are then usually delivered by the carrier within a further 3 to 5 days. The carrier is usually Royal Mail for any small packages up to large letters, or Parcel Force for all other packages.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, whether the package is up to a Royal Mail large letter size or larger as per Parcel Force. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are amply sized and items contained therein are well-protected.

Virtual Products :-

Virtual/Digital products include EPUB Download copies of Titles (ebooks) published by Able Limited Editions. They will be available for immediate download from the Able Limited Editions Customers Accounts page of this website after purchase via this website, thereby deemed to have been delivered. That means that any customers wishing to purchase any downloadable product must first create an Able Limited Editions Account to then download them from this website immediately after purchase.

Virtual/Digital Products Download Instructions

Virtual/Digital Products herein refers to any downloadable ebook products created and published by Able Limited Editions in ePUB Format. For security reasons etc, download links for those products will only be available to registered Able Limited Editions customers after purchase via the www.ablelimitededitions.co.uk website. That means customers wishing to purchase such products must have or create an Able Limited Editions Account and signed into their account during checkout procedures to enable them to download ePUB products. Download links will then be available immediately from within their Able Limited Editions Account after their purchase.

After Purchase :-

Customers must then go to their Able Limited Editions account immediately or any time thereafter. Then
click on the box titled 'ORDER HISTORY and DETAILS'. A full list of orders placed by the customer since creating their Account will appear. Then
scroll down to the relevant Order containing the ePUB Product/s in question. Then
click on the 'Details' button to the far right of the line containing the relevant 'Order Reference'. Full details and a list of ePUB Products purchased through that order will appear. Then
scroll down to the relevant Title of the ePUB Product and click on that to download the ePUB product onto the device (pc, tablet, smartphone etc) of their choice. Then
repeat step 5 for each ePUB Product Title purchased via that Order. Then
load the ePUB Product/s into the ereader of their choice.

P.S. - Customers may only download a maximum of 2 (two) copies of each Title for security reasons. And Able Limited Editions strongly recommends that each Account Holder changes their Account password from time to time to prevent hackers etc from obtaining their Account Details and or ePUB Downloads.
