Bearing in mind that Able Limited Editions do not export any physical products from here in the UK, the Able Limited Editions Returns & Refunds Policy is outlined below.



Physical Products

  1. EXE Format eBooks are loaded onto CDs then packed into DVD cases with their relevant book covers ready for packaging, dispatch and delivery by carrier overland. They are therefore physical products. Due to the digital nature of eBooks, however, customers must prove that any damage found to the digital content of the eBook itself on delivery was caused solely by Able Limited Editions for any customers to claim returns.

  2. Paperback Books by nature are clearly physical products ready for packaging, dispatch and delivery by carrier overland. However, customers must prove any damage found to the product on delivery was caused solely by Able Limited Editions for any customers to claim returns.



Digital Products

  1. EPUB Format eBooks created by Able Limited Editions are by nature Digital Products. Only Able Limited Editions customers with Registered Customer Accounts can buy EPUB Format eBooks. But, due to the digital nature of all EPUB Format eBooks, Able Limited Editions customers cannot claim returns and or refunds if they find the purchased product/s is/are damaged on delivery via downloading.

  2. Kindle Format eBooks can only be purchased from Amazon. If Able Limited Editions customers follow any live links to the Amazon website provided in the Able Limited Editions website and subsequently purchase any Kindle Format eBook, they'll be bound solely by the Amazon Terms and Conditions including for returns and or refunds.



Returns and Refunds

In all the contexts given above, UK customer Statutory rights on distance selling will not be affected. In this context in itself, to claim any reasonable return or refund you must use the Able Limited Editions online Contact Form initially to formally lodge an intention to claim a return and or refund within 30 days from the recorded order date. Then send the damaged product/s along with all its/their package/s (container/s) plus delivery packaging at your own expense to Able Limited Editions by land mail within 14 days from the date you receive formal notification via email of your intention to claim.
